Special Orders

There are a lot more items available from the brands we offer that we would love to stock but simply do not have the room for. This is where special orders come in! We hope this page will answer all of your questions about special orders but if it does not, please contact us!

What is a special order?

• These are items that we can get from our suppliers but do not usually carry as day to day stock. 

How do I place a special order?

• Please use the form on the "Contact Us" page and we will be in touch with you as soon as we can. 

What if I don't like my special order or it doesn't fit? Can I get a refund?

• Unfortunately special orders are final sale. We will always do our best to find sizing charts and measurements for the products so this will, hopefully, never happen!

Do you require payment upfront for special orders?

• We do require full payment upfront for your special order item. The only exception to this is if items are backordered and we are expecting a lengthy wait - in this case we will only require a 50% downpayment with the rest due upon arrival.
